Cluj-Napoca. 👉 What happens if my flight is late? ● If your flight is less than 30 minutes late, we will wait for you free of charge. If you exceed 30 minutes, a surcharge of 10 ron/hour will be charged to all passengers whose aircraft are delayed. ● Aircraft delays are not our fault, so our company cannot cover unexpected expenses for unspecified reasons. 👉 What if I miss my plane due to a mistake by the company/bus driver? ● Our company will reimburse the price of the ticket immediate.
