The passenger's name, departure and telephone number will be added to our list immediately. In case you arrive at the airport you have to give the name of the departure point (airport) eg. Cluj-Napoca. 👉 What happens if my flight is late? ● If your flight is less than 30 minutes late, we will wait for you free of charge. If you exceed 30 minutes, a surcharge of 10 ron/hour will be charged to all passengers whose aircraft are delayed. ● Aircraft delays are not our fault, so our company cannot cover unexpected expenses for unspecified reasons. 👉 What if I miss my plane due to a mistake by the company/bus driver? ● Our company will reimburse the price of the ticket immediate.
