Our company, which deals with processing game, lamb, mangalica, and pork, is located in a picturesque place, in the heart of Transylvania, in Ivó, at the foot of Hargita. Meat processing, production, and packaging of finished products take place in a renovated and newly built environment, thanks to the dedicated work of nearly 40 specialists with several years of experience. From farm to table The exceptional quality of our products is greatly influenced by the natural conditions provided by the mountainous region, clean water, and air. For this reason, we are able to provide our customers with exceptional quality HALAL meat in both small and large quantities. We obtained the right to use the Szekler Product trademark in 2024 for 10 of our products. In 2024, we obtained the right of use of the optional quality terms Mountain Product for 41 products.

Bomilact Mădăraș Ltd. was founded in 1993 in Mădăraș, situated 16 km away from Miercurea Ciuc. The main objective is to produce dairy products, which are meeting customers’ special needs, and to encourage the customers to healthy nutrition. In 2019 the company obtained the right of use of the optional quality terms Mountain product for fourteen dairy products.

Gáll Erzsébet, after she lost her job in 2002, she got her manufacturing licence and started producing jams, sirups, juices and fruit compotes. In 2005 she registered her activity at the Trade Market as an independent activity. First, she used only fruits from her own garden: sour cherry, raspberries and blackcurrant. From 2005 she added products made from elderberry, fir buds, black blueberries and pinecones. The Gordon Prod Ltd. started its activity in 1994 by producing smoked and unsmoked cheeses as well as with braided cheese. After a little period of time these products got widely known by the people. Due to the quality and reliability of their products they were among the first companies on international markets. “SC KARPATEN MILK SRL” was founded in 2002 as a family business, started dairy production in 2005, in Valea Stramba, which is located 4 km from Gheorgheni.Our main activity is based on matured cheese types production , from very good quality milk bought from farms situated around Gheorgheni. Thanks to our good value on the market and our good quality products, now we are a microenterprise. Our matured cheese types are incadrated in premium category, because we are mixing a modern manufacturing technology with experience earned in Switzerland, and the recipes are our own or swiss recipes. Mr Tihamer Marton, passioned of beekeeping, starts an apiary in Suseni village Senetea, at the feet of Gurghiu mountains. The bees are collecting nectar and pollen from spontaneous flora and honey plants from the Gurghiului mountains area, resulting high quality products. In March 2020 he obtains the right of use of the optional quality terms Mountain product for two products.

Mr Attila Mezei, passioned of beekeeping, starts an apiary in Lazarea, which is a depression zone surrounded by mountains. The bees are collecting nectar and pollen from spontaneous flora and honey plants from Giurgeului mountains area, resulting high quality products. In March 2020 he obtained the right of use of the optional quality terms Mountain product for two products. He started beekeeping under the following name: “Apiterapia-Mezei Meheszet”.

Mrs Lenke Mezei, passioned of beekeeping, owns in Lazarea an apiary with twenty bee families, well maintained with lots of attention and passion. The bees are collecting the nectar and pollen from spontaneous flora and honey plants from the Giurgeului mountains area, resulting high quality products. In March 2020 she obtains the right of use of the optional quality terms Mountain product for two products.
