Frumoasa (Beautiful) is a commune in Harghita County, composed by the villages of Bârzava, Făgeţel, Frumoasa (residence) and Nicoleşti.

Harghita County Council is an elected public authority in Harghita County, founded in 1992. It is the authority of the county, it’s a local public administration, responsible for the coordination of the local council’s activities (municipalities, towns and villages), fulfills public services at county level, participates in different international projects and initiates and implements programs on several domains. Bilbor in Comuna Bilbor (Harghita) with it's 2,820 inhabitants is located in Romania about 183 mi (or 295 km) north of Bucharest, the country's capital. Bilbor commune is located in the north of Harghita county, at an altitude of 900-1053 meters, in the depression with the same name. It lays at the foot of the Caliman mountains and it is crossed by the springs of Bistricioarei river. The average temperature is about 7-8 ℃. The northern limits are: the county of Suceava, the city of Toplita, and in the south the administrative boundaries stops at Borsec and Corbu.

Corbu (raven) is a commune in Hargita county located between Bistrita Mountains (Mount Comarnic) and Giurgeului Mountains (group of Borsec Mountains) and is situated on the valley of the Bistricioara River, tributary of Bistrita River. In the southern part of Capu Corbului rises the Corbu pick (1173m) and at south of Corbu you can see the Corhan Mountain. The Bâtca Arsurilor Pick (1385 m) overseas the commune in the north. The closest neighbours are Tulghes commune to the southeast, the town of Borsec to the west and Bilbor to the northeast.
