The Dealu/Oroszhegy Cultural and Youth Association

About

The Dealu/Oroszhegy Cultural and Youth Association was founded in early 2005 by 11 enthusiastic young people from Dealu/Oroszhegy. Since then, it has become an active civil organization, contributing significantly to community life through cultural events and partnerships with local schools and the municipality.
The association co-organizes traditional events such as the Daffodil Days and the multi-day Plum Festival, and regularly holds environmental camps for children and youth. One of its most successful events is the Oroszhegy Children’s Folk Dance and Folk Song Festival, which provides performance opportunities for hundreds of children each year.
The association believes in preserving local traditions, cultural values, and natural heritage for future generations.
