János Testvér Pizzája brings the craft of traditional Neapolitan pizza making to Valea Rece in the Gyimes region, combining authentic Italian methods with the power of modern kitchen technology. At the heart of the pizzeria are true Italian traditions: the dough is always hand-stretched to preserve its perfect structure. The baking process takes place in a professional oven at extremely high temperatures, which is essential for achieving the signature characteristics of Neapolitan pizza. Thanks to this precise technology and traditional craftsmanship, the result is an extraordinarily light, airy crust complete with an impressive and delicious, raised cornicione.

Cetate Guesthouse is located in Balvanyos resort, at a very short distance from Băile Balvanyos (about 400 m) and in the immediate vicinity of Hotel Transilvania.
