On June 1st, from 11:00 AM and again at 2:00 PM, we welcome everyone to a special community day at the Lake Saint Anne – Mohos Peat Bog Ecocenter, celebrating Children’s Day and the International Day of Volcanoes.

Explore the 3D model of the Ciomad Volcano and meet the volcanologists who have been studying its volcanic formations for more than 15 years to uncover its past and present activity.

The program starts at 11:00 AM and will be repeated at 2:00 PM.
On this day, entry to Lake Saint Anne, the Mohos Peat Bog, and the Knowledge Center will be free of charge.
This event is intended to become a new community tradition — a meeting point for volcanoes, science, and people alike.
