Tejbánya cheese workshop | OPEN FARM WEEKEND

As part of Open Farm Weekend, Tejbánya cheese workshop warmly welcomes visitors to a special cheese and wine tasting on September 26 at 5 PM.

Throughout the evening, participants can discover the world of artisan cheesemaking through Tejbánya’s handmade cheeses, while the wines will be provided by Kelementelki Orbán Pincészet.

The evening is about more than just tasting: we will explore the philosophy of wine, the ideas of Hungarian writer and philosopher Béla Hamvas, flavours, nature, and the ways in which all of these connect to human life and thought.

The evening will conclude with an informal conversation, where we can continue sharing the thoughts and ideas that emerged during the program, accompanied by wine, cheese and good company.
