Harghita Rally

Harghita County's most famous motor racing competition will take place from April 24 to 26.

The 2026 Harghita Rally has received a new name, as Riverside Retail Park and László Constr SRL join the event for the first time as platinum partners. This prestigious collaboration is reflected not only in the competition’s name but also significantly contributes to the event’s development and national visibility.

Now in its 34th edition, the rally welcomes participants and spectators with both sporting and organizational novelties. A new special stage will be introduced (Păuleni/Székelypálfalva), the direction of the well-known Merești/Homoródalmás stage will be reversed (new name: Mărtiniș/Homoródszentmárton), while the classic Lueta/Lövéte stage remains unchanged. The competition program will also feature a spectacular urban superspecial.

The event’s logistics are also being updated: the service park will be relocated to a new site within Riverside Retail Park, while the start will continue to take place in Gábor Áron Square.
 The organizers aim to make the Harghita Rally not just a top sporting event but a complete experience for both spectators and competitors.

The Harghita Rally – Raliul Harghitei Riverside Retail Park powered by László Constr is organized under the auspices of the Romanian Federation of Motor Sport and the National Sports Agency.
