Wild Edible Plant & Fruit Workshop + Vegan Picnic

Led by: Viola Dakó, certified horticultural engineer and local producer

Join us for a full-day outdoor workshop where we explore wild edible plants, fruits, herbs, and mushrooms of the autumn season. You'll learn how to identify and ethically harvest local wild food such as hawthorn, rose hips, elderberries, wild carrots, mints, and more.

We’ll walk through forests and meadows, learning about both edible and toxic species, and finish the day with a 100% plant-based picnic featuring wild ingredients and fermented goodies.
