Every parent dreams of a happy, successful life for their child. Yet outdated psychology and parenting books often bring only confusion and guilt. Today we know: there is no fixed “education formula,” the first three years don’t determine destiny, and talent is not inborn. What matters is practice, curiosity, and persistence. The brain is plastic—nurture grows it, neglect shrinks it.
 My lecture is not about fixing small habits, but about understanding that every child is born with the desire to flourish. Our role is not to block, but to inspire.
