The Taste of Transylvania Gastro Academy has moved into our restaurant!
To mark the occasion, our team is preparing a special brunch combined with a live cooking show
We’ll also be joined by Romania’s most popular food influencers: the editors of Călătorii și Farfurii – Alexandra & Cătălin Cincu.
We’re waiting for you with an all-you-can-eat buffet!
Here’s what’s on the menu:

Starters:

Beef broth shot
Fresh, warm eggplant spread (vineta)
Beef oxtail aspic
Breaded pig’s head, spicy mayonnaise, green tomatoes
Spring-style scrambled eggs (with herb-marinated lamb)
Dödölle (Hungarian potato dumplings) with wild mushrooms and aged cheese

Main courses:

Mini brioche sandwiches (game mititei, lamb, beetroot–telemea cheese)
Angus beef ragout with polenta and a perfectly cooked egg
Eggplant, charcoal-grilled cabbage, halloumi

Dessert:

Plum dumplings with sour cream

Buffet brunch price: 190 RON/person
