About
Themed, interactive sessions for preschool and primary school children, connected to special days, folk traditions and holidays.
During the programme, children will:
- Discover the special days of the month and related folk customs.
- Learn about traditional folk instruments, including the zither, violin, viola, gardon and shepherd’s flute.
- Create crafts using natural materials, exploring techniques such as felting, furniture painting, weaving and embroidery.
- Listen to stories told live and learn folk songs, rhymes and riddles.
- Take part in traditional folk games involving singing, dancing, movement, role-play, learning and fun, as well as skill-based challenges.

Admission: Donation-based. A suggested donation of 15 lei per session helps support the successful organisation of this event series. Participation is free for children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
