About

We warmly invite you to the first edition of the “Bilbor Bio Brunch”!

Between December 6–7, 2025, the commune of Bilbor will become the place where nature, flavor, and tradition come together in an authentic culinary experience.
The event will take place at Casa VLC (strada Principală 135) and is organized with the support of the National Mountain Area Agency/Agenției Naționale a Zonei Montane, together with the following local gastronomic points:

PGL Colles Magni (Subcetate)
PGL Vatra Strămoșească (Sărmaș)
PGL Erzsi (Toplița)
PGL Corbu (Corbu)
PGL Bunătățile Băciței (Sărmaș)

The Bilbor Bio Brunch invites you to discover seasonal menus prepared from natural local ingredients, as well as the stories and people who keep alive the traditions of Harghita’s heartland. The event is supported and promoted by TVR 1 and aims to become a model of good practice in promoting and preserving local mountain gastronomy.
