Your body is sending signals — are you listening? | Health Awareness Series in Harghita County

What is our body trying to tell us, and when should we take its signals seriously? Join us for the first event of the “A Conscious Harghita, a Healthy Future!” health awareness series, organized by Harghita County Council and the Miercurea Ciuc County Emergency Hospital.

Our panel discussion will focus on the early recognition and prevention of stomach problems, anemia, kidney diseases, arterial narrowing and obesity, as well as the connection between our physical symptoms and mental well-being.
